The prosecco Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry, vintage 2021 from the winery Cantina Commendator Pozzobon has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant silver green with persistent mousse. On the nose there are notes of elderflower, freshly cut pineapple, delicate hints of light honey. On the palate it shows with good freshness and mousse, also with good tension, then slightly washed out in the finish.
