Tasting Notes
Dark ruby red with purple edges and a fine head. Initially reductive on the nose, reminiscent of raspberry drops, ice candy and cut grass. Blackberries on the palate, with fine-grained bubbles and grippy tannins, unfortunately bitter at the back and with aftertaste.
