Bright straw yellow with a subtle mousse. Fresh peach on the nose, then elderflower, candy floss and a little ice candy. Presents itself in several layers on the palate, again reminiscent of peach, shows animating tension and a little sharp acidity, with a subtle bitter note in the finish.
