Light pink. Aroma of freshly crushed wild raspberry, sour cherry and fine herbal spice with mint and lemon balm. Lively acidity on the palate, pleasant grip, grapefruit and lime are present, later also sour cherry and a hint of cassis, direct and appealing, good with grilled fish, but also as an aperitif.
