The red wine Red Blend, vintage 2013 from the winery A. A. Badenhorst Family Wines has been rated in 2016 by Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Swartland in South Africa.
Always smells different and as it pleases. We found olive, and also as tapenade, dried tomato and long pepper. "Don't drink and walk on the road you may be killed" warns the back label, which we understand as an incentive, because we have rarely tasted such a fresh red wine from South Africa. Excellently eccentric!
