Light yellow-green. Intense leafy nuances, nutty touch, reminiscent of a fresh Manzanilla. Crisp, white fruit, salty and lemony notes, elegant, light-footed, mineral finish.

A wine matured oxidatively using the solera method in the style of a manzanilla. Salty, nuances of iodine, delicate almond notes, racy freshness, mineral, could easily pass for a fino sherry. Enjoy well chilled.
