Medium salmon pink, copper reflections, fine mousse. Delicate notes of date and ripe quince, red wild berries, a hint of strawberry jam. Juicy, delicate caramel, subtle acid structure, silky, some honeydew melon, mineral, sweet finish, versatile. (Deg. 4/23).
More about the tastingLight salmon pink in colour with copper-coloured reflections and a fine, lively mousse. Delicate notes of yellow tropical fruit, a hint of peach, red berries, currants and strawberries. Elegant and light-footed on the palate with a core of fine fruit sweetness and well judged acidity. Red cherries and a touch of honey on the balanced finish. A delicate style.
