Tasting from 31.05.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Intense nose of dark cherry, almond and undergrowth, also some menthol. One immediately thinks of a walk in the woods. On the palate you taste fresh minerality. The tannins also have a good structure. The acidity is vivid but not unpleasant. Long finish.
