Tasting from 01.01.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Sparkling, brightening ruby garnet. Finely drawn nose with notes of fresh rose petals, cranberries and pomegranate, sulfur wood in the background. Precise and appealing on the attack and on the palate, crisp freshness, hints of blood orange, fine-meshed, polished tannins carry the wine, with pronounced stony notes on the finish.
