Tasting from 24.09.2020: Peter Moser

Deep dark chocolate brown, opaque with a fine orange rim. An incredibly multi-faceted and intense bouquet, initially a mixture of freshly roasted coffee, honey and oak, a subtle hint of polish, nuts and bourbon vanilla. Extremely intense and complex on the palate, enormous sweetness, silky texture and melted nougat on the long, lingering finish. An elixir.

Deep dark, almost chocolate-brown amber, yellowish rim with green reflections, delicate vegetal nuances, raisins, somewhat rustic, delicate mint on the palate, liquid "After Eight", only a little sweeter and more concentrated, ethereal spice on the finish.
