Medium bright golden yellow. Delicate notes of acacia and elderberry, linden blossom, quince, very discreet aroma. Juicy texture on the palate, pleasant mouthfeel, with medium weight and very fine mousse, then slightly salty on the finish, shows great drinking flow.
