Tasting Notes
Bright silver with persistent mousse and consistent head. Elegant and delicate nose, hints of smoke, flint and salty fruit. On the palate gripping and complex, caressing the tongue with an extremely fine mousse, opens on notes of pear, salty and mineral with a very long finish.
