The red wine Roblinus de' Waldgries Lagrein Südtirol DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Ansitz Waldgries has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Lagrein from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, deep, dark ruby purple colour with a black core. Still a little closed on the nose, with a flavour of smoke, elderberry and fine dark chocolate. Powerful and dense in the attack and on the palate, juicy, well-integrated acidity provides drinking flow, robust tannins, still a delicate woody note on the finish, still very young.
