Clear, shimmering onion skin colour. A finely drawn nose with delicate aromas of roasted almond, crusty white bread, candied tangerine and a hint of peach blossom. Full on the palate with fine fruit texture and creaminess, some hazelnut and white chocolate. Full of finesse, with a polished mousse and a fine, long finish.
