The red wine Solengo IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Argiano has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark and rich ruby, almost black, with a light purple rim. Savoury aromas from wood with vanilla, some honeycomb, hints of plum and Rumtopf fruit. Powerful on the palate, supported by well integrated wood and polished tannins. Develops beautifully into an infinitely long finish.
