Tasting Notes
A light alpine Nebbiolo type. The nose is pleasantly red-fruited with cherry notes and a warm oak character. On the palate light and extremely elegant with already well-integrated tannins but enough bite to withstand even strongly flavoured food. Tart and at the same time fresh, it has an appetizing finish.
