Tasting from 20.05.2020: Simon Staffler, Kiem Othmar

Very bright straw yellow with persistent, fine mousse. Mineral nose showing wet stone and salt, slightly sulphurous then tender citrus tones. Effervescent mousse on the palate, full of bubbles, fine, fruity with good drive, dry finish.
