The red wine Riserva Rüncot Barolo DOCG, vintage 2004 from the winery Azienda Agricola Elio Grasso has been rated in 2010 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Rich, intense ruby garnet. Encapsulated, exciting nose, pronounced notes of truffle, rose petals and cherry. Firm and full-bodied on the palate, builds up in a multi-layered way, salty, somewhat drying tannins on the finish, currently still somewhat austere, should develop well with ageing.
