The white wine Monte Carbonare Soave Classico DOC, vintage 2016 from the winery Suavia has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Garganega from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright lemon yellow with a slightly bright rim. A mineral-fresh nose, lemon and grapefruit, and reverberating with elderberry and toasted almond. Very fruity on the palate with a saltiness, it unfolds nicely and broadly, and it has good juiciness and drive.
