Deep dark ruby in colour with purple hues. Very open on the nose, ripely fruited, bordering on stewed, with ripe cherry, plum and blackberry, spicy with a hint of hazelnut on the finish. Dense and warm-hearted, very rich, ripe fruit enveloping the palate, slightly malty, appears settled and somewhat mature.
