The only cuvée in the field. Dense color, red-violet with transparent reflections. In the bouquet, in addition to dark fruits, bell peppers, pepper as well as other spices. Very clean and well-defined on the palate, sinewy, only hints at power, clean-toned, good balance. Wonderful, invigorating acidity.
