Bright ruby with brightening garnet rim. Intense nose with beautiful matured notes of sour cherries, rum-steeped fruit and prunes, some liquorice in the background. Hearty, dense tannin, unfolds in many layers, ripe fruit also on the palate, fine texture on the finish.
