Pale straw yellow with subtle greenish reflections and persistent mousse. Very fragrant and floral on the nose, citrus, acacia blossom, delicate notes of muscatel, with a lingering aftertaste of crunchy stone fruit. The palate is crisp and with nice tension, balanced between mousse and fruit, harmonious and drinkable.
