Intense, bright light gold with persistent mousse. Rich in finesse and complex on the nose, with delicate fumé and elegant use of wood, toasted white bread, hazelnuts and ripe stone fruit, fine honey notes on the finish. Balanced on the palate with a lovely freshness, shows well-integrated mousse, vibrates beautifully over the course, then clear and clean in the finish.
