Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow with green accents. Somewhat restrained on the nose, then opens up to lemon balm and mint, then freshly sliced pear and minimal fennel in the background. Spans a juicy arc, perky acidity runs through the palate, then clear fruit, brisk, of medium weight, finishes on salted lemon, very good drinking flow.
