Tasting Notes
Dark ruby colour, deep core, purple reflections, slightly watery rim. Black berryish fruit, ethereal nuances of cassis, liquorice and candied violet blossom, a hint of nougat, pleasant toasty aromas. Complex, full-bodied, pronounced fruit texture, ripe cherry and plum notes, elegant, silky yet vivid tannins, remains very persistent. It is already accessible despite its youth, it has good length, and has definite ageing potential.
