Dark ruby, purple reflections and subtle ochre brightening on the rim. A somewhat restrained bouquet with hints of tobacco, cassis, nuances of blackberry, liquorice and background notes of candied orange zest. Medium body, black cherries and plums, well integrated tannins with hints of nougat and subtle leafy, earthy notes on the finish.
