The red wine Mas Andes Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon, vintage 2020 from the winery Baron Philippe de Rothschild (Chile) has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Central Valley in Bolivia.
Intense fruit of blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry. There are also intense herbal, savoury notes, garrigue, peppery and balsamic aromas. The palate begins with a powerful body, dry, firm tannin lines the mucous membrane, a slight saltiness, good fruit and a somewhat robust acidity carry into the slightly drying finish.
