Lage Klingnau «Schwändi» Traubensorte Malbec Wein Tiefdunkles Purpur. Füllig, charmant und reichhaltig, mit überragender subtiler Malbec Frucht am Gaumen, erstaundliche Struktur, attraktiv und offen mit unerschöpflicher Tiefe. Schon jetzt eine hochkarrätige Alternative zum Pinot noir, gewinnt durch weitere Lagerung. Passt vorzüglich zu grilliertem Rindsentercôte. Kelterung Geerntet bei optimaler Traubenreife, gesöndert, abgebeert und rund 2/3 gequetscht, Kaltstandzeit (zur Förderung der Aromaintensität), 100% maischenvergoren, mit Starttemperatur und kontrollierter Gärtemperatur bei 25-28°C, wird in kleinen Gärstanden traditionell von Hand gestösselt, 100% Biologischer Säureabbau. Der Malbec reift für rund 12 Monate im Barrique aus. Trinktemperatur 17 bis 19°C

Dark ruby red with purple reflections. Fruity on the nose with notes of plum jam, blueberries, black cherry, some dried fig and spiced nuances. Rich and sweet on the palate with notes of dark berries and spice again to the fore. Finishes medium-long with a noticeable tannic grip.
