Tasting Notes
Intense and deep dark ruby red in colour. A fine nose with balsamic notes and a woody savouriness, as wel as dark chocolate, blackberry, sage and ripe wild strawberries. On the palate it's dense and rich and spans a wide arc, packed with dark and ripe fruit. Certainly multilayered, but noticeable wood use dries out a touch.
