The red wine Bolgheri Superiore DOC, vintage 2022 from the winery Bell'Aja has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark ruby red at the core with garnet coloured hints. Powerful and expressive on the nose, of fully ripe plum and cassis, with notes of liquorice, leather and chocolate truffles. Lots of tension on the palate, very good wood and tannin integration, concentrated fruit, very persistent.
