Tasting from 01.01.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Bright yellow. Delicate, still somewhat restrained nose. Fragrant and floral, orange blossom, some exotic fruit, fresh white melon and hints of rhubarb. Substantial, very well-structured body with taut, ripe acidity as a backbone. Noticeable salty minerality on the finish. Will benefit from a little more bottle age.
