Pale yellow. Delicate, still somewhat restrained nose. Fragrant and floral, orange blossom, some tropical fruit, fresh white melon and a hint of rhubarb. Powerful, very well-structured body with a taut, ripe acidity as a backbone. Noticeable salty minerality on the finish. Leave to let it mature.
