Tasting Notes

Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

The aroma is fruity, reminiscent of very ripe cherry, black cherry confit, pepper and herbal tea. The palate is softly grounded and remains supple from the start to the finish, the tannins remain restrained and mellow, and are well integrated with equally restrained acidity. The alcohol is strong but remains in the harmonious range. A very accessible Bordeaux.
