Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 22.03.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Berry on the nose, also a rocky note, orange confit and peppery undertones. The palate is powerfully built, full-bodied and dense, with a slight viscosity in the background, a firm acid backbone and a little carbon dioxide. A slight (phenol-induced?) bitterness at the end has a rather positive, enriching effect.
