Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale straw yellow colour with green reflections and persistent mousse. Fragrant on the nose, lots of elderflower, some lemon zest and fresh brioche. Also citrusy on the palate, fine texture, great interplay of delicate fruit sweetness and lively acidity, salty finish.
