Tasting from 31.12.2018: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Very bright orange with a brilliant core. Fragrant, elegant nose of small red berries, raspberries, then tangerine and a touch of icing sugar, a slightly yeasty component. Balanced and fine on the palate, opens on a fruity body with a tense core, lively and subtle with elegant mousse, good length and an appealing finish.
