Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Light pale pink with a persistent mousse. On the nose a slightly yeasty tone, citrus fruit, bread crust, fumé. On the palate a fine fruit expression, nice tension, with width, filigree and supported by well integrated mousse. Emphasis on the finish.
