Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.11.2019: Gerhild Burkard, Benjamin Herzog

Intense, bright straw yellow colour with a delicate green hue. On the nose nuances of freshly squeezed lemon, white peach, mirabelle, a hint of blossom honey, pineapple, very fragrant. The palate is marked by the finest fruitiness, well-integrated mousse, fine texture, harmonious initially and when developing.
