Tasting Notes
Clear light grey-yellow with a powerful mousse. Fine, appealing nose of wisteria and apple blossom, some green apple, delicate aromas. Surprisingly full-bodied on the palate, lots of ripe apple, round and creamy, firm drive on the finish.
More about the tastingBrilliant green silver. Initially bacon and smoky notes on the nose, then opens up to fine citrus notes. Precise and clear on the palate, cool style with very well-integrated mousse, stretches clearly over the tongue, clean and hearty.
More about the tastingBrilliant straw yellow with generous fine mousse. Very clear and fresh nose, inviting like a dewy morning, fine floral notes. On the palate, juicy, well ripened fruit, but at the same time good freshness, juicy.
