Tasting Notes
Bright rich ruby red. Bright berries on the nose, orange, rich cherry, but also black tea and pepper. There's also a slightly reductive note, so it definitely needs air! Tightly woven tannin on the palate crossed by a mineral vein, clear and salty on the finish.
