Tasting Notes
Still characterized by the fermentation spice, which shows its charming side and gives the ripe yellow fruit a tasty accompaniment. For the estate's supposed entry-level wine, this is already an astonishingly complex wine that is also mineral and spicy on the palate and certainly has ageing potential.
More about the tastingHas a distinctly roasted, spicy and yellow-fruity character. We attribute its spiciness less to the wood than to extended maturation on the lees and spontaneous fermentation. A fine balance of tart, mineral contours and juicy, ripe fruit.
