Bright pink. Delicate on the nose, the rosé shows a certain reduction with a fine yeasty note, needs time in the glass to fully develop. Then increasingly berry scented with citrus notes in the background. On the palate, it has a fine smooth texture and a well-balanced finish, harmonious, with a good body and a delicately bitter aftertaste that encourages the next sip.
