Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh and fruity on the nose. Green apple, some lemon zest and grapefruit, slight hints of pineapple and lemon balm. Very fresh on the palate with a lively acidity, juicy. Again lots of citrus fruit with some stone fruit. Slight bitterness on the finish.
