Amber red; penetrating, concentrated bouquet, dried fruit, dried banana, notes of raisins, dates, beeswax, gentle traces of oxidation; full, sweet attack on the palate, delicate acidity, full-bodied, concentrated but not ponderous; finishes long and beguiling. Very nice, finesse Vin Santo made from 100% Sangiovese.
