The rosé wine Gemella Toscana Rosato IGT, vintage 2024 from the winery Bindella - Tenuta Vallocaia has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Pale old rose with flint reflections. Initially somewhat closed on the nose, then opens up to pink grapefruit and ripe strawberry, with floral notes on the finish. Taut on the palate with juicy fruit, shows discreetly grippy tannins in the middle section, unfortunately lacks a little sprint on the finish.
