Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Floral hints with lots of slate savouriness on the nose, along with lily of the valley, white currant, yellow fruit and wet stone. It's puristic and elegant on the palate, again with clear apricot and Mirabelle plum fruit in interplay with sweetness and fine acidity, as well as plenty of mineral and stony slate savouriness.
