Medium yellow green, silver reflections. Ripe tropical fruit notes underpinned with some blossom honey, a touch of pineapple, some baby banana, and delicate spicy notes. Good complexity, juicy, finely meshed, a multi-faceted acid structure, with discreet vanilla, and mango notes on the finish. It also finishes with a mineral note, and it has certain ageing potential.
