Fruity aroma: preserved pears, apple blossom, crab apple, then also tangerine, and something slightly peppery. There is also a hint of dried porcini mushroom. In the mouth, the carbonic acid unfolds in a very fine and almost creamy way, sweetness carries the palate fruit, the acidity is seamlessly integrated into the quite stately body. Very good length. A full-bodied sparkling wine.
