Medium salmon pink in colour with copper reflections, and a very subtle, delicate mousse. On the nose, nuances of fresh ripe apple, cherry compote, and delicate hints of dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied with subtle acidity, good freshness, a hint of plums, and nuances of red berries, offers uncomplicated drinking pleasure with a subtle nutty finish.
